It's year two on my Road to Spirit, what a road it's been. I have changed immensely. There is no right or wrong way to change but change we must. I have met the most incredible people, cried for my inner child, laughed at myself, and realised and seen the most profound things. Though the journey will never be over, I am so grateful for it.

​As I aspire to live differently, I have to try and incorporate my new beliefs, rituals and attitudes into my life. I will continue to record my progress in great detail. It really isn't easy but more often than not, it's hysterical and relatable.

​The theme of this year's journey is surrender and flow. Given that I have no patience -at all- it should be interesting.
